Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we work hard to get it to you as fast as possible! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  

Pre Order items when purchased with in stock products will be shipped at the same time. We will wait to receive your full order before dispatching. If you would like to receive the in stock products earlier, you must make separate orders.

Free Standard Shipping - Orders over $300AUD. Estimated Delivery Time - 5-10 business days.

Standard Shipping - Flat rate $10AUD . Estimated Delivery Time -  5-10 business days.

Express Shipping. Flat rate $15AUD. Estimated Delivery Time - 3-5 business days.


International

Free Standard Shipping - Orders over $500AUD. Estimated Delivery Time - 6-10 business days.

Standard Shipping - Flat rate $30AUD . Estimated Delivery Time -  6-10 business days.


International - United States - DHL

Free Standard Shipping - Orders over $1000AUD. Estimated Delivery Time - 6-10 business days.

Standard Shipping - Flat rate $115AUD . Estimated Delivery Time -  6-10 business days.


Other information

Shipping costs do not cover customs duties and taxes, which may be due upon arrival of your parcel.

The amount of customs duties and taxes will depend on your order’s value and the customs rules in your country.

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped so you can monitor its status and estimate delivery times.

Delivery time estimates are based on the time your order leaves the warehouse, but may be impacted by factors like weather, customs processing, or other unexpected delays.

To track your order, you can use the AusPost website, app or sign up for MyPost.

DHL (International Orders)

If we ship international orders via DHL

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online.

Delivery: DHL will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided. If you are not home when they arrive, they will leave a missed delivery notice. You can then contact DHL to arrange for redelivery or leave it unattended.
