Returns & Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we are happy to offer store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags and hygiene stickers attached.
- Swimwear bottoms must have the original hygiene seal intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of bikini bottoms that have had the hygiene sticker removed or tampered with.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy (such as a repair, replacement, or refund) if the product:
- Is faulty or not of acceptable quality,
- Is not fit for its intended purpose,
- You received the wrong item
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Hello@xaracca.com, with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, provide instructions for return and a suitable remedy, including a replacement, store credit, or refund.
How to Make a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Hello@xaracca.com with:
- Your order number,
- Details of the item(s) you wish to return,
- Reason for the return,
- Whether you’d prefer an exchange or store credit.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
I ordered something and now it's on sale, will you match the new price?
Any orders made prior to a sale are not negotiable for a percentage of a refund once a sale commences.
How will I get my store credit?
Once your items are inspected by the returns team, you'll get your store credit notification via email typically within 3 business days.
