How do I wash my bikinis?

We recommend hand washing separately to ensure your bikinis stay in great condition for many summers to come. This will help preserve the fabric and colour as well as any shells and beading. Use cold water and a gentle detergent, avoid wringing or twisting the fabric and hang the bikinis out to dry in the shade.

We recommend hand washing separately to ensure your pieces stay in great condition. This will help preserve the fabric, colour and also any shells and beading. Use cold water and a gentle detergent, avoid wringing or twisting the fabric and air dry in the shade.

Store your crochet pieces flat to avoid any unwanted stretching or misshaping.

How can I change or cancel my order?

We cannot make changes to your order once your order has been placed. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact Hello@xaracca.com within 1 hour of your order being placed.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, please see our shipping policies.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to Hello@xaracca.com and we will contact the shipping company.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you find a full priced item from our store isn't fitting quite right, we are more than happy to offer an exchange by issuing you a store credit via email to the value of your purchase, this does not include original shipping charges.

I have recieved a faulty product, what do i do?

We pack all orders in house and quality check them twice, however in the unlikely circumstance your product is faulty please email Hello@xaracca.com within 14 business days.

If your package shows signs that it was damaged in transit please email Hello@xaracca.com within 7 days.

When will my pre order be shipped

Please allow 2-3 days once the pre order shipment is delivered to us.
Pre-order time frames are not exact - they are estimated time frames only and may be subject to change due to production or shipping delays.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers.
